We can transefer the forums to the domain, smooth transition.

Ok first of all. You cannot transfer anything from forumotion. you'll have to start all over again. Forumotion doesn't let you have access to the post dataabase so its impossibe. you guys would have to start over again. I just bought a domain name for my site for 20.52$ on forumotion. if u wanna keep this forum. thats how much you'll have to spend.

Incorrect, my good sir. GoDaddy.com not only allows you to purchase a domain, but also allows you to transefer any data, which includes forumotions, however this costs a bit extra.

Then Domain Hosting
Add your Domain name in the space provided.

Then go over to GoDaddy and add either the IP addresses that you will find in the Forumotions settings or the Name servers. Sometimes a domain host will want both.

I think GoDaddy only requires the name servers though if I remember rightly.

Dude.. I just gave the exact directions I recieved from one of the coders of GoDaddy.com, I think he knows what he's doing.
